At LOTFLY, we want every customer to be happy with their experience. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at official@lotflycare.com with a description and photos.
Exchange
We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all labels and safety seals intact.
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
Eligible reasons for exchange include:

Product was damaged during transit

Free gifts, promotional items, or samples
To initiate an exchange, contact us at official@lotflycare.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos (if applicable).Once approved, we will provide return instructions.If the product is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchange/Refund Process
Please email official@lotflycare.com with your order number, reason for Returns & Exchanges, and photos of the item.Include "LOTFLY Online Store" in the subject line.Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with Returns and Exchanges instructions.

Please note:
- Returns and Exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- No handling fee is charged for returned products.
- If you are returning a promotional gift or discounted item, please return it as well; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the Exchange/Return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
Exchange/Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product issue is our fault.
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Additional Notes
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for Exchange or Refund.
LOTFLY online store reserves the final right to interpret this refund policy, determine the eligibility of any product for exchange or refund, and settle any disputes arising between us and the customer under this refund policy.
